According to, negotiations between Santos and Al-Hilal are 'almost complete' over a Neymar transfer. The report adds the 32-year-old and his father, Neymar da Silva Senior, would join an investment fund to acquire a stake in the Brazilian team. That would pave the way for the forward to return to his old club.

Neymar's transfer from Paris Saint-Germain to Al-Hilal has not gone according to plan. While the ex-Barcelona star has been unlucky with injuries, he has not justified the €90 million (£77m/$98m) splashed out on him in the summer of 2023. Now, he is out of favour at Al-Hilal, a return to Santos seems right.
